Kelly is simply the best!! This was our second experience with Kelly representing us in the sell and purchase of another home. Five years ago Kelly sold our house in San Marcos on the first day it was on the market with a full price offer during an open house. Just last month, Kelly sold our house on the first day on the market, again with a full price offer at the open house! Her attention to detail, staging of the house, marketing strategy and overall expertise in the real estate market is unparalleled! She is always extremely courteous, friendly and prompt in returning calls to answer all questions and concerns! If you or someone you know is looking for the best real estate agents in San Diego, look no further then Kelly Coleman!

After deciding to sell an investment property, I needed an agent to get it listed... so I called Kelly Coleman. I met Kelly and was very impressed with their professionalism, enthusiasm and extensive knowledge and experience. The typical 'time to sell' in my building is long as the units are unique and require a very specific type of buyer. Kelly devised a plan to market the property and the results far exceeded my expectations. I got above asking price in zero days!!! What more could a seller wish for!

Kelly has sold us our home about 6 years ago. It was a pocket listing and is perfect for our family. Since then we have referred her to 6 other people and they to have found homes that are just right for them. I think her strongest attribute is how she listens to the needs of her clients and her ability to find that exact jem that you’re looking for. She’s also really fun to spend time with which made the entire experience more enjoyable.

Kelly is an amazing realtor! She has an excellent personality and knows San Diego county very well. In addition to knowing the area she watches the trends and can provide excellent advice both when making offers as well as selling your home. She helped us find out first home in a very competitive market and when it came time for us to sell and upgrade she was right there with us. When it comes to purchasing or selling real estate I wouldn’t chose anyone else! We have recommended her to many people and will continue to do so!
